We just returned from our winter staff retreat. It was a joyous time of fellowship together as a staff. We are truly blessed to have such a united team of such different people who all love the Lord and work here at Cornerstone.
This staff retreat was a bit different for our meeting/staff time. We always have this time, this year was a different focus. Pastor Bill plans the retreats and the Spirit led him to the DVD series by one of my favorites, Jim Cymbala-pastor of The Brooklyn Tabernacle.
It was awesome! I learned so much and was personally so moved by the Holy Spirit myself. I am so thankful for Pastor Bill’s leadership in choosing this series for our retreat-it was exactly what I needed!
Please be in prayer for our church as we feel the pull to be a Spirit led church. Pray as we allow the Holy Spirit to overtake our church and especially our Wednesday night monthly prayer meeting. This meeting has been led by Jonerik and Frank for about a year now. As a staff we pray for the Holy Spirit to move in mighty ways within this corporate prayer time as a congregation.
