Tonight was the beginning of the big Kids’ Club Christmas parties (there’s a different party each night this week)! Paxton is in the 7-10’s now, so it was his first time at the BIG party! Of the hundreds of children (ages 5-12) who attend Kids’ Club each Tuesday night, this group is the largest, and also the one I used to lead!
Tonight I was just there as MOM though and oh it was nice! It was an honor to be there with this cutie pie…
One of my favorite things is to just see him fit in. We live a different life as inner city missionaries and homeschoolers, and it is awesome how Paxton just lives his life and enjoys every moment. He loves being a missionary kid, and we talk about it often. He has tons of friends, both other missionary kids on our staff and kids from the neighborhood. 
A huge thanks to MUMC for raising money to pay for the awesome sweatshirts all of the kids have on!
