The Holidays have come and gone so fast. Once things get moving here around Thanksgiving, they hardly slow down until after New Years.
We had a wonderful feast together at Thanksgiving serving about 300 people and also were able to give out close to 65 additional food bags containing turkeys, on top of our on going weekly food bank which serves about 75 households per week.
Shortly after this the Christmas season was in full bloom and each of the programs at the church had their own parties. Our favorite are the kids parties as over 300 kids received toys at the parties. However the adult parties have gotten quite successful as our people really enjoy coming together in fellowship.
The children also participated in a Christmas Nativity Play the Sunday before Christmas…
To close it all up we had a beautiful Christmas Eve service. It is such a great time as we gather together for about 4 hours and have service, food and of course the kids receive another gift. Overall we had a wonderful time here at Cornerstone but most important we had a great time of reflection of our Savior’s birth.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers!
