Never Far...

We don't have to look very far for people to reach out to. Our backyard seems to be a place of opportunity like no other. My sons - missionaries like no other, reaching out to kids in a way only another kid can; with high fives, giggles, and talks about favorite sports and such. Oh yeah, and sharing with them how COOL our church is (several times).

Please pray for the new family living behind us (in Omar, Maniyah and Jontaye's old house). So far we have met Ian (age 9), Deja (age 5), Quadir (age 6), Jamir (teen), and Jannell (age 11). There are 2 more kids we haven't met, a dad who they say is home mostly and a mom who works all day they say. We haven't met their parents yet. Pray for us to be wonderful witnesses for Christ to them and for them to join up with our programs this summer! That's Ian poking through the fence giving Pax a high five. Deja and Ian hung out for a long time back there talking to Paxton and Ky.
