Pastor Bill is leading our congregation in a challenge.
He is using the book of Joshua to challenge our people to rise up and make a clear choice. We are praying and gathering 300 Warriors, based on the example found in the Bible. As soon as someone is ready to make this clear choice to serve the LORD, Pastor Bill is asking them to sign a brick on this board…
Slowly, week by week, the board is filling up and is an excellent visual reminder to us all.
To stand for the Lord is not always easy, especially for many of the people we serve. This neighborhood exemplifies darkness on so many levels. To be a light amidst that darkness is challenging, to say the least. BUT, we believe in our people. We believe in their ability to rise above and overcome the odds.
We believe in YOU too. Have you accepted this challenge? Are you a warrior for God?
