We have a full calendar, beginning very soon! We are excited about all that lies ahead here in the next couple of months.
Here is a small glimpse of what will be going on with our family and the ministry here in Kensington…
February 28-March 6 ~ We will be down in NC for the Global Impact Celebration at Matthew United Methodist Church {our home church}. We are really excited about this. We will be sharing more details about this as we get them!
March 7-12 ~ An old friend, Brad Farrington, is bringing a large group of college students from Appalachian State University {where we both went to college} to serve here. They are a part of the Wesley Foundation. They have been here before {different kids} and we always love having this group of young people here. Frank is leading this group.
March 14-19 ~ The football team from Greenville College {Carisa’s Dad’s college!!!} will be here again serving. They will be running a football camp for kids. They were here once before, here is a post about the camp they ran. Our co worker-Trish is leading this group.
March 21-26 ~ Indian Rocks…a church group from Florida will be here. This is not a group of “ours” so we won’t have a ton to do with them, but everything at Cornerstone is team work in some way or another! Our co-worker Jeff Kliewer is leading this group as they are coming from his home church.
March 25-April 4 ~ We will be blessed with a vacation away with Carisa’s family. This will come at a perfect time after a very busy month!
April 14 ~ Lili will turn 2!
April 22 ~ Paxton will turn 9!
May 10 ~ Kyler will turn 5!
Summer is already very busy with plans also, I will share those as details fall in place. If you have a group who wants to serve here, the best thing to do is send Frank an email with your thoughts.
